Came to Canada on closed work permit with LMIA no.

Hello all,

I came to Canada on closed work permit with LMIA no. in Feb2020. For filing PR: Do I need to wait for 1 year to complete to gain 50points or/and will get the points(Around 200) for arranged employment since I am already in Canada on closed work permit. Please help.

You need to complete one year of employment and have the employer offer to continue your job for at least a year after you become a PR to get the 50 points (or 200 points if it's a NOC 00xx job).
