what exactly is the question ? The fact your friend obtained entry without declaring having overstayed in the US. Is your friend on a visa exempt passport or did your friend obtain a visa.inlandguy said:
If your friend is now in the country without a visitor record then standard assumption would be upto 6 months unless stamped otherwise but might be a good idea to think seriously about whether to go back into the US or not having previously overstayed.
He is a visa required. He never declared it because there's no option on the landing card, and he was didnt ask too about that. He's assuming cbsa going to see it. he already had his canadian visa before he overstay.Bs65 said:

They are getting Visitor records from Travel Agency OR Booked ticket OR Airlines which you traveled in and out.... So don't thing if they hasn't stamp out on passport and they do not have passengers records.
