Hello,

My wife applied for visit visa and she got rejected and then she applied for study visa, again she was rejected. Now, if we change the passport and again keep the application with new passport, my question is like does high comission knows the previous passport details or they dont know?

actually if the photo scanned matches then its goin to be an issue or else i dont think its a big issue butt ,,,,i dont suggest u to do so try again faithfully hope god gives dat this time

Unless she changed her name, they will match her previous applications, and if she lies 2 year ban for misrepresentation.
