Calling for EE applicant from Singapore who need FBI Identity Records

Hi All,

I am almost done with my EE profile and close to jumping into the pool
However, I am stuck with the application for FBI clearance.
Currently I am working in Singapore and not sure from where I can get the
fingerprints card filled ? This is needed by the FBI.
Is it possible to do/print it on my own ? But the form clearly mentions the section "Signature of official taking Fingerprints". So I am a bit confused right now. ???

Any help on this matter is highly appreciated !
