Called IRCC- Unable to find application

Hi,
I called IRCC today and after inputting all details, they said they cant find my application.
I have double checked the application number and called them again, but still they cant find my PR application.

My ITA was may 29th, AOR June 12th and I passed my medicals on July 17th. After that my application hasn't moved at all. No updates/ghost updates. Nothing at all.

Is there any other way to contact them to get fast answers?

If you got that from the automated machine, thats a normal response. You have to speak to an actual person to get status update.

Calling and talking to an agent is the fastest way.
You are still within 6 months average processing timeline. You can send a web form and wait for maybe a few weeks for response, or order your GCMS notes.

It does say 46 days left on the status bar. I just sent sent a web form. do GCMS notes cost? will they delay stuff?

Gcms will cost you 5$ if you are in Canada and if you are applying from abroad it will cost anywhere between 15-20$. It won’t delay anything but expect to wait for more than 30 days to receive it.

Hi All,

Yesterday I got a reply from an agent saying that the application is within the processing time, so I'll have to wait till they update my application blah blah.
But I checked my account and now the status bar is gone. Until Monday it said 37 days left and after getting the reply on Tuesday, the status bar totally dissapeared. Whats going on?

Hi, just an FYI you can submit a request under the Privacy Act if you're in Canada. This is free.
