Hey everyone! I have received a letter from CBSA for a call in notice for an interview on May 2nd 2025, mainly because my claim was denied, but I’m not sure what to do because I don’t know what to expect at the interview I’m so nervous and afraid they will send me back home to my home country, is there anyone here who can help me out please if you have any information or have been in this situation before. Because I want to know what will be the next step and what can I do.

Make sure you go and don't skip the interview. Hopefully they will offer you PRRA. Are you working with a lawyer?

Yes I am working with a lawyer and I am not yet eligible for a prra because it’s not yet a year since I appealed for a judicial review, so what do you think will happen when I go to the interview.

Impossible to say but if you have always been cooperative with IRCC and CSBA and have no criminal history you should be able to go home that day.
