Been calling over and over and over and over and go through the painfully convoluted voice-menu just to end up at a message saying "we are experiencing heavy call volume and are unable to transfer you to an agent at this time. Please try again later" at which point the call is over.
Been dialing back over and over and same thing every time..... looks like I won't get through at all today. How many days are you people experiencing this before finally lucking out and getting through to an agent?
(I have a very important question that isn't covered anywhere in their documentation, at least not clearly, so I must speak to an agent to get a clarification/interpretation)
