Call centre Contract number in Canada for outside visa office

Hi every one ,

Where do I contact in Canada to know the updated status of my husband's case in outside visa office in Singapore .
My husband submitted passport in Singapore on February 27,2015 through their visa processing center.
4 months already over now, no response from them till now.

You have to call your VO Canada will not give you any information once your application goes over seas.
