I thought of posting here first knowing the struggles newcomers face when looking to rent. I was in that position myself not too long ago.
Anyway, this is a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Copperfield, SE Calgary available on an initial 1 year lease. Ensuite is a 3 piece bath and the other a 4 piece bath. Bedrooms are decent sized. Open plan kitchen and living area. Two parking spots - one underground including a storage locker and one parking stall above level. Rent is $1400 and includes all utilities EXCEPT electricity, cable and WiFi- those are the tenant's responsibility. Condo already vacant and available at a week's notice (move in procedures by the condo board). Condo is neat and was professionally cleaned.
