As per their website, you can email them at rrgcu@gmail.com or rrg@caluniv.ac.in ... but these emails do work and you get delivery error. Its waste of time.
We too are not in India neither we are from there. We are not in need of transcript till end of 2021, so we are just collecting information at this point of time. If you are in dare need, you can choose third party agency like MailTranscript, however I am not aware of their services and other necessary stuff.
