Hey,
I do have an urgent question.

Considering the 1,560 hours needed, i want to apply under Express entry, mainly the french speaking stream.

I have a part time flexible work. The hours vary a lot. Some weeks i work as little as 10 or 15 hours and other weeks more than 20 hours. When sum up, i have worked 1353 hours so far. Lately, i got a second job that is full time, and already worked 260 hours.
1) Do i meet the 1560 hours requirement?
2) Which programs i am eligible under?
Thank you

Overlapping jobs do not count. Claim one
Ok, Thank you for the answer. Can you elaborate more? As I thought I could have one or more jobs until I meet the 1560 hours= 52 weeks and my jobs are the same NOC.

So there is no program I could apply for ? Like FSW?

If you are applying under Canadian Experience, you can combine the hours (but not more than 30 hours a week) from two(or more) jobs, as long as both jobs are NOC 0,A,or B jobs.

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/canadian-experience-class.html

30 hours/week for 12 months at more than 1 job = 1 year full time (1,560 hours)

So if you have 30 hours a week for 12 months at two NOC 0,A,B jobs, you will meet the requirement of the CEC class.

If you're outside Canada and applying under FSW, you cannot claim both jobs, since the work experience must be full-time and continuous.
