Guys, my work experience in Canada is from March 18 ,2018, to February 28,2019, it almost a year, but it’s little bit less.. considering the fact overall I used to get 40 hours per week , more than 30.. more than 1560, aapctually almost 2000 hours, can it be considered as 1 year ?

No - you cannot. You need 52 separate weeks with at least 30 hours of work experience.

No it wont be considered as 1 year. Even if you worked 60 hours a week or 3000 hours. It will still not be considered complete as it is less than 1 year.
Your best option is, if your work permit is still valid, get a job, work 1 month and leave.
