Hi,
I recently did my WES Canada Evaluation and the results are as follows:
  1. Canadian Equivalency:Secondary school diploma
  2. Canadian Equivalency:Bachelor's degree (three years)
  3. Canadian Equivalency:Bachelor's degree (four years)
  4. Canadian Equivalency:Master's degree

No. You will get points for your highest degree (master's).

That means under this section all I get is 135. I am not suppose to add up the rest?

Of course not, that'd be ridiculous. The maximum one can get for education is 150 anyways (PHD holders).

Your calculation for your IETLS is way off, you have to calculate your score per section.

Your CRS will still be low but that is because you failed to achieve CLB 9 in all IETLS sections.

Nevermind!
I input the my IELTS scores, education and experience exactly as it is to crs-tool and it gave me a score of 503.

Unless you failed to disclose something in your original post (french skills, canadian work experience, valid job offer) your CRS simply cannot be that high.
