My question is how does CIC calculate 19 months for the PNP application?
1) 19 months from the date they receive your application ?
2) 19 months from the day they sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application?
3) 19 months from the day they start processing your application ?
In my case the date is same for 2) and 3) .
