I am working with a company from Oct 27 2014. I had an emergency where I had to leave to India from May 29, 2015 to April 17,2015.
During this period I received my vacation pay till June 12,2015 and I have my pay stubs (showing my pay for the previous overtime worked) from June 15 to June 30. I have applied to express entry on Dec 3, 2015. I just want to know did I satisfy the cec requirement?
 
it needs to be 52 weeks cumulative in last 3 years including 2-3 weeks of vacation period.
 
My doubt is that the overtime which i worked previously but was paid during June 15 to June 30 pay period. Will this be counted towards the time needed?
 
it needs to be 52 weeks regardless of work hours, though you should fulfill minimum of 1560 hours during this 52 weeks. you cant consider overtime as work experience.
 
It doesnt mention on my paystub as overtime :o. If I can actually count this 2 week period I would have satisfied the 52 week as mentioned..........
 
You will have the extra time next week, just wait for then.

Always be honest - if CIC find out that you didn't meet the requirements it will be far worse than just waiting the extra two weeks.
 
Thank you all. I think I'll do the thing by end of this month which would leave me an extra week just in case
