I applied for my Caips notes. My application (for Caips notes) was received on 9th March,2007 and I received it back (caips notes) on 12th April 2007. My Immigration case File was received by CHC Delhi on 22 July 2002 and as per the caips notes, first review was done on 12th May 2004 & Second review was on 28th Feb 2007.

1. The Caips notes didn't showed all the points earned by me on the basis of my education, experiance etc. It only showing 10 marks on the basis of my age. though my total points are 82.

2. It has not shown any result of assessment done on 28th Feb 2007.

Can anyone put some light on the above as why its like that?

thanks

Raj

As per the current processing time – new delhi are reviewing cases those are 57 months old (timeline stated on New Delhi website). If your AOR is 22 June 2002 then your first review (mostly IA) should have been done approximately on 22 March 2007.

As you have mentioned you applied on 9th March, 2007. It is depend when they have fetched data (generated caips report). It could be before 22 March 2007.

Wait for some time, you will get something or apply for Caips again.

Hope that will help you

Sorry Rajesh

"Raj, your dates are ambiguous (sometime, 2001 and other time 2007). Pls correct them and send them again."

I was on another forum, there I was going thru different dates and keeping that in mind, I replied you. My apologies.

Regards
Shabab

It says that:-

PAPER FILE SENT TO: PA BF FILE TO ; FRQ ON 22-05-2004. (THIS IS THE FIRST BF DATE)
PAPER FILE SENT TO: PA  BF FILE TO ;  FRQ ON 28-02-2007.

What I am asking is that though my request for caips was received on March 9, 2007 by the "Public Rights Administration" in ottawa and they mailed me the report on April10,2007, still there is no mention of next BF date and the result of evaluation done on 28-02-2007.

Rajesh,

it is very hard to understand working of CIC New Delhi.

They might be reviewing files as per the time line suggested on website (57 month for first review) and not by BF date of indivisual.

As per your time line that is 22 June 2002, your first review should have been done between March and April 2007.

Re: Caips - My experience

My experience about CAIPS and dates is quite disturbing. I applied in 2004 from CHC Islamabad, requested CAIPS in Sept 2006 which indicates BF date as 10-10-2010, by any assessment it seems out of world. (No processing was done on file till that date)

The conclusion is BF dates have little significance in processing they are for internal use. So, instead of concentrating on BF dates presently I am waiting for the completion of stipulated time given on CHC Islamabad site i.e. 36-42 months after that I will communicate with them directly, to make the things more clearer.

My suggestion to Rajesh is, instead of risking your self from depression by consentrating on CAIPS, sit calmly with your fingers crossed, you will hear something good soon.

Dear Softncool,

I made entries on trackitt.com then removed, as I don't find it worth it, as very few of us are using it and its useless to keep such information so open and keep on updating it, well I am not convinced.

However, it seems things are moving with very slow speed and wait time is sliding forward with everyday passing through. If you remember about six months back we exchanged massages on same topic, I was quite depressed and frustrated because of the date given on my CAIPS report i.e. 10-10-2010

At that time you or somebody else, indicated that CHC Islamabad is working on the applications of 2001, how could we know what is the status these days.

Thanks & Regards

Hello Manzar Thanks for email and thanks for remembring. U are right things are moving slow. But it has nothing to do with Trackitt.com. It just give us an idea what is happening at CHC right now. So far I think that 2001 cases are coming to an end and 2002 cases have started or so.
Thanks

regards,
Cool
