Why? No interview required and your passport has been requested
 
I think, you wait some more time. CAIPS notes generally take 6 weeks to arrive and sometimes longer.
 
Please do not order Caips at this last moment since the VO could sense something fishy in ur case wherein it could prolong ur case. As already ur passports are thru so wait a little patiently and the joy will unfold anytime from now.

CAIPs is just printed off the computer screen by the ATIP coordinator in one of the Regional offices in Canada. It has absolutely no involvement of the VO or the processing office.
