ANY BUDDY ORDER CAIPS NOTES AT STATUS RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE?

Good question. Anybody requested for CAIPS at the "Received by Visa Office" or "In Process" stage? In fact, is it worth it to pay for CAIPS and get it?
Please share your thoughts on this. Thanks.
