How did your child get Canadian citizenship. That may be related to why you are being refused.

Did you give birth in Canada on a temporary visa? If people have chosen birth tourism they are often refused future visas.

Yes. I got it on 6th September since 2nd July. I guess this was deliberately delayed to discourage me from reapplying for the same intake.
