CAIPS/GCMS Delayed - Help

Applied for the GCMS notes on 16th October haven't received the notes as of yet. Has anyone experienced such delays? What can be the cause of the delay?

WOW... I though I was the only one.
I applied for multiple GCMS notes and this note from Oct 16 is not here yet. I submit a GCMS on October 29 and got it today Nov 29.
I email ATIP about my request and you might as well do that too. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca.
 
Unfortunately, I am not in Canada so had to do it through an agency, they say they have sent the email but no haven't gotten any response. You haven't gotten your GCMS notes requested on October 16 too?

Not yet but I already email them so I hope I receive something in the next few days.

I heard that there is something going on in that CIC dept and hence everybody's reports have been delayed.

I also got my GCMS note delayed. I request through an agent on 2nd July 2019 and up till now, I haven't received it.
 
Oh!. It is now the 61st day and I am yet to receive by GCMS note from CIC.
 
It's now day 65 of my GCMS note request and not even a single update ever since.

I have missed my study resumption again. First in January and now this September.
