hello friends. i came across this CAIPS Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System thing.

can someone tell us WHAT this is and WHEN to use it

WHY to use it

HOW to use it

WHAT it contains

ordering this would cause any problems with visa office on behalf of spouse?

does it also put a CAIPS line of entry in a file everytime teh sponsor or applicatn sends something in for example like MAILS or FAXES?

does it also put in a line in my CAIPS file when I request for a CAIPS file?

will Immigration Officer know that this person requested his CAIPS file...?
