Hi. I was wondering if there are laws regarding my situation.
I am under a tourist visa here in the US, Ive been here for 4 months already and is given upto March to stay. On February of next year, I will apply for a Student Visa (still in the US) and I will not be going back in the PH because i will just wait for my Student visa itself. My fiance who is Canadian, wants both of us to get married within next year.
Are there any possibilities that we can get married in the US, let's say in Vegas? Will it be a legal because of my status? What actions should we do to make it legal and quick?
