Hi i hope some of the people on here can help me i currently have a pr application in at Mississauga which i check regular online. I now find a message stating they sent a correspondence to me mths ago which i never received the only number i find 1 888 242 2100 is of no help at all can anyone please pass on the number for Mississauga if they have it as i need to contact them asap regarding this thanks for taking the time to read this .

CIC tends to send correspondence through EMail. Check your spam folder, trash, anything.
Unfortunately a lot of Email tends to delete spam folder every month. So, another thing you can try is a specific case inquiry form. At least this way someone can review your exact case. It can take 20-30 days to respond. Another thing to try is to send CIC an Email. Put your name, app number, UCI, and birthdate, and explain the problem. Someone may get back to you this way. Finally, you could order your notes or have your sponsor in Canada do it on your behalf. It takes 30 days or more, though, but at least it could hint at what's going on. Try the phone number again if you want, or try EMail CIC, etc, first.
