I am in Canada since Oct 2014. I submitted by application yesterday and got AOR yesterday.
I have been working here since 2+ years on a valid work permit.
My work permit has expired on 15-Mar-2017 and my employer has already filed paper application for WP extension on 01-Feb-2017
My employer specific WP will be available in 1 month or so.

In the mean time, am I eligible to apply for BWOP. What will happen to my already applied WP by my employer?

You can send them CSE with your AOR. They can update information.

Please elaborate. I am not able to understand what CSE needs to be done.
I already have mentioned in my LOE about my paper work permit extension filed by my current employer.

Can you please tell me how will you get employer specific work permit? do you have LMIA or PNP?

Yes, you are eligible for BOWP.
My advise, wait till you hear whether you are approved or denied for your WP extension.
In case if you get WP extension (closed WP), you have to state a strong reason(s) in your BOWP application to get it approved.
So that way if your application for BOWP is denied, it will not affect your WP extension.

Is the work permit that your employer has applied for supported by an LMIA? If so, you would not be eligible for the BOWP.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/work/prov/bridging.asp

"The following foreign nationals do not qualify for a BOWP: ...
foreign nationals whose work permits are valid for longer than four months or who already have a new LMIA that can be used as the basis for a new work permit application;"

Also, since you are already on implied status, and your previous permit has already expired, you would not be eligible for the BOWP.

What if someone loses his/her job and has close work permit?

??? You are not required to have a job to be eligible for a BOWP. To be eligible, you must be in Canada; be the principal applicant and have applied for PR under one of the economic classes; and you must have a valid work permit, and it must be near expiry (within 4 months of expiry).

You seem too eager to answer my question.

Hi

I will be soon applying for BOWP but dont know what to mention in this section. I understand that having a job is not necessary

-Details of my prospective employer

-Duration of employment expected

I am currently working in canada on PGWP and have applied for PR

Please advise

Please advise

1) Job offer
2) Pay stubs
3) AOR (if EE)
4) File number If PNP-CIC application
5) If just PNP, LMIA exempt from submitted and fees paid by employer
6) Letter of Explanation

These documents should be okay for BOWP in my opinion
