BVL received, How long for ppr?

I got BVL last night, but no PPR yet.
My timeline is in the signature.

Pretty much the same timeline. Am also a June applicant. Received BVL on Friday night 12 Feb. Still no final decision.. it's 16 now.

I had applied in July 2020 with upfront medical which expired in Dec2020. My medical got updated on 9th Feb and then disappeared.
I got the medical request today, along with BVL and request for new LOA for Jan 2021. I had deferred from Sep 2020 to Jan2021, although had uploaded the updated POA earlier too. Should I consider this as positive sign?? Please suggest

It’s been a month since i got my BVL last Jan 21 2021 but it was dated April 29 2020. No updates till now. Applied last year Feb 2020 with complete application. Includes bio and medical passed before lockdown.
