things are settled here in Italy and we have decided that we want to expat to Canada - if Canada lets us - within 2016.
We would like to buy a bigger house and start our very own B&B (or buy an existing one).
I have sold my 2 companies here in Europe (IT and food production). My (soon to be) wife has a history degree and has a higher position in the local historical archive. We do both want to work in our own B&B as well as creating jobs (depending of the size and how things will be running - we are highly motivated).
(available) Budget: aprox 400,000 - 600,000 CAD
Which type of visa application is the best for us? Start up or skilled worker?
