Can anybody tell me how can a International Student buy and drive a car in Vancouver ?
What's the insurance rate for international students ?

I would recommend that you contact an insurance company directly for a quote before you purchase a car. Car insurance is quite expensive in Canada and you may decide it's not worth the cost.
