Hi Friends, I work in Canada and my spouse works in US. We are in Windsor. We are PR in Canada. We are planning to buy a house in Windsor. But not sure of the implication of my spouse working in US/ earning in USD. Has any one bought a house in Canada in a similar situation?

Implications are based on where you reside, not based on where you work.
1000z are commuting everyday for decades and they have homes just like any other people who work in Canada. So process is same for all residents, including windsor. If you moved to US and then trying to buy in Canada is a different story with complications.
