First of all I recommend to you to go to Canada for a trip probably you need at least 1 month or more to see how the economy and society works in Canada, because canadian market is different from your native country.
Then if you want you can contact some companies in Canada that sell marketing products like market research or stuff like this but this will cost you.
When you are sure that your company can be competitive in Canada you can start your process of building for your firm.
If you have a net worth of 300.000C$ you can apply as Business immigrant under entrepeneur section check it out on this site or cic.gc.ca
