Business Visit Visa processing delay

Hi.
I submitted my Business visit visa with my colleague from Pakistan online on 15-April-23.
My biometric was completed from Lahore on 20-Apr-23
While my colleague biometric was completed from Islamabad on 20-Apr-23.
My colleague received visa refusal email on 16-May-23 while my application is still pending.
My concerns are :
1. Delay in application is positive or negative?
2. I have travelled to Japan & Singapore for same work purpose in past while my colleague doesn't.
I travelled to Canada in 2012 as student.
3. After his refusal, i am worried and anticipated about my visa.

Experts please enlighten it with your experience, while my case is delay?

1. There is no delay so neither positive nor negative. Every application can be processed at different times.
2. Ok. Having Canadian visa can help if you followed immigration rules. Travel to Japan and Singapore makes no difference.
3. All you can do is wait.
