I would like to know in which province they have quickest way of processing business immigration from pakistan. Please advise!

Unfortunately none of them have a fast processing process,i applied under federal invester category and its been 33 months and still my application is under process !

quick, business immigration and Canada should not be used int he same sentence. I recently cancelled a 6 years old business immigration application as it became stale.
If you love and respect yourself and your family look into immigration to an other country like Sweden, Switzerland, Australia, and please let me know what you find I am dying to find a quick way to immigrate to somewhere else.

The investor class applicant must have a personal net worth of at least CDN $1,600,000. They are required to make an investment of CDN $800,000, paid to the Receiver General of Canada. The investment is subsequently allocated to participating provinces and territories in Canada.

thsi will probaly double when they reopen the category as Kenny said it is now too cheap to immigrate through the investor category and Canada can get better paying immigrants.
