We have an Indian Grocery business for sale in Surrey (city with the largest population of Indians in Canada). The business has been run by our family for 30+ years and is very profitable. We specialize in carrying pooja samagri, kitchenware and a variety of groceries. Everything is computerized and managed through a POS system.
We are looking for an enthusiastic family or group of people that would like to take it over so that we can retire. Would need an investment of $1.8M CAD ($1.2M goodwill (business training, fixtures, equipment, business IP) + up to $600k stock). This does not include the property. The right buyer would be able to earn back their full investment in less than 2 years. Retail experience is a must but does not have to be in grocery as we will provide fully training. Finding the right people is very important to us and we will prioritize the right fit.
