Hello!
I am an international student from Mongolia, who had received an offer of admission from the University of Toronto, but having problems due to the financial situation. I could not raise up the funds to pay the tuition, thus I am seeking for all types of finances that I can make. Could you please help me on this issue?

Generally speaking, most funding and bursaries are reserved for citizens and permanent residents of Canada - and are not available to international students.

You will need to reach out to the University of Toronto to find out if they have any scholarships / bursaries available that you may qualify for.
