All,
When I created a new profile for the express entry, I kept the old one opened to copy some information. Once completed, the old (withdraw profile) was with status "Update not Sent"... Now that I tried to recreate my profile, I do not have the button to create a new profile available in the web page...
I cannot send the update information as all is locked out in the old profile also.
Anyone had the same problem as me?
