Through my GCMS notes I have come to know that they have made mistake in printing my email address on file.In order to inform them I have sent several emails to Ottawa.However,no response from them.Can somebody tell me right procedure to get this sorted out?.Do I need to email somewhere else other than Ottawa?

Send them:
1. E-mail
2.Fax
3.Hard copy letter.

Sometimes, your file is updated with the new info without necessarily sending you any acknowledgement. But are you suggesting you have never received e-mails from them? How did you get your PER?

No,

I have always received information in mail not in email.I have only got emails from Buffalo in response to emails which I sent.They used same email address to reply.I think they did not bother to compare my email address with the information which they have maintained on file.

Just to be on the safe side I have created same email address which they have maintained on file.However, I am not sure if they sent emails using wrong email address.

Yeah its been quiet for a few days now..hopefully something sooner than later. I just dont get it how their system works.

It means they are taking almost 30 days to return the passport.
But When I submitted my passport in person on Feb 22, i asked a passport collecting person regarding processing time to return a passport and
she said it will take 2 weeks to returns a passports.

Any ways thanks for the information.

Lets wait for another 2 weeks. we don't have any option.

Thanks Gary8615. I guess you are right.. Most of the posts in this forum or Trackit showed in June 2012/Oct 2012 they only took two weeks to return passports. The link I provided today morning, Passports were sent in December 2012. May be it took 30 days due to holidays in December. Lets hope for the best
