It should mean you are categorized as FSW1 and you applied between Jul, 2010 to Jun, 2011. Having a permanent job in Canada does not grantee you can be classified in FSW2. I applied as FSW3 at that time and when I received my ME form, it showed FSW1 for me and I do have a permanent job in Canada. Hope this helps.

I think you can call CIC customer services if you are in Canada. It would be a lot faster than contacting Ottawa. I wrote Ottawa in Aug and they replied me in Oct, requesting more documents... sigh..

No wonder If they ask you new police certificate to show that they are still working very hard just corrupt off dated system. This will be my 3rd time submission of same certificate from FBI if they ask.

First: complete submission of document to buffalo

Second they ask while doing medical because 6 months was over

Third just waiting after medical to be asked because 6 months already over without PPR
and will be continue till they say sorry

Just wanted to share this for others who are awaiting PPR.

Once you submit your PPR docs requested by the VO, the following docs will be handed over to you..

1) Passport Stamped with Visas
2) Confirmation of Permanent Residency
3) Instructions on COPR and landing.

I received an envelop mailed at my address yesterday on the following docs.The docs which were sumbitted at the time of applying for application will NOT be handed over back to you.It for them to keep.

Waiting for PPR!! My Ecas shows "Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April, 2012" I got my GCMS notes on Sep 26th 2012, according to it they received my medicals and my current status is SEC CRIM. Good Luck to everyone...

That's probably a good idea especially for the FBI certificate. I already submitted one about a month ago because they asked for it. Last week, they asked for an updated PCC.

Application (IMM5563E)
For family members representative form (imm5475e) (Please fill this form for all dependents on PR file separately)
Apart from these forms... I have sent them 5$ cheque (you can also pay through credit card or money order)
Utility bill with your present address (to show them you are in Canada) and a copy your present work permit
Send these documents to the address mentioned in the application form...
I have requested GCMS notes to be sent to me through email (I heard through email its faster) which took about 28 days...
