Hi Liverpool2020 - I live in vancouver. My passport was recived by Seattle on October 15 and I had it back by Oct 23rd I believe. Does your status say decision made? Mine said decision made about 2 days before I recieved it in the mail.

My application was't available online so I was unable to track the status of my file. But final I got my passports bac today, indicating that the VISAS were attached on the 17 Oct. That means my location in relation to Seattle could have been the main factor. Otherwise I was going crazy, everyday checking the mail box for the Medium sized Evelop. Finally the long wait is ever.

Need some advice from seniors...

Passport request mail has below date. I am in US on H1 and my H1 expires next month and I have to apply for extension. This is short period for me to settle everything here and move permanently to Canda. Please Advice...

"On receipt of your passport(s), your permanent resident visa(s) will be valid until February 04, 2013"

I sent it on 19 Nov and was received on 20 Nov. My E-Cas hasn't changed yet

I am planing to land in mid of January. I need to get my US visa stamped to come back to USA. I checked all consulates in Canada for visa interview, problem is I am not able to find visa interview date available in next 60 days.

Any one recently got their US visa got stamped in CANADA? any suggestions please......

I am in same situation.I am planning to land on first week of feb.Get h1b visa and come back as i get only 10 days off from my work.So are you coming back without taking PR CARD?Could you provide me a link how i will take appointment is us embassy in Canada.

If we come back with ought PR card how we are going to land next time if we want o go canada?
