FBI Request...!!!! Again..Whats the Process ???

FBI Clearance requested...Finger Prints Requested Again ...?

Can I take Prinouts from the Website and send them to FBi- Virginia..How much time it takes for them to send us back ? How can I request for fast processing ??? Do they send it to US or directly to Canadian Consulate ?

Please Advice

Thanks,
Aries

I was thinking if we can submit FBI Later after doing medicals ( As the Physicians send the medicals directly to Canada) ?

As FBI takes about 3 months & which is what they have given time line to submit the all documents ?

Yes, What I am asking since FBI takes about 3 months to send it back to us. It is not possible to submit within 90days which is time given from Canadian Immi. Process. Hence, what is the workaround for this !!! So I am asking If I submit my Schedule A/Additional Family Info Form and RPRF etc now. Also, Medicals are send directly to Consulate from the Physician...and Consulate receives all the documents for our file one at a time. Ineach case they will not receive all documents together.

If I submit my Forms & RPRF and later FBI to the Consulate when I receive them is it okay?

You should ALWAYS inform them. You cannot just assume that it will be ok. My friend needed the time to be extended and he wrote to them and they extended it. Even if they do not write back to you, they cannot drop your file because you informed them. Here is my suggestion, make all the documents ready and when you apply for FBI, you should receive a receipt, send the copy of the receipt with your document and inform them that you expect your FBI takes longer than deadline and you appreciate if they can extend the deadline. If they get back to you, it is fine ( However, Seattle seems to be too lazy!) Send the documents with tracking number and signature so you can have a proof. two weeks before the deadline if they did not get back to you. Email them and tell them as you informed them in your letter in (this date), your FBI is in process and it might pass the deadline, however, as soon as you received it, you will send it to them. Keep the email as a proof. You should be fine :)

The customer service person at FBI Biometric Section told me that the processing times currently are up to 6-8 weeks and you can call them and ask for the status of your criminal records application after 5 weeks.

I got the same 60 days deadline to submit the documents to Seattle as you. I mailed them all other requested documents and also told that I will mail my FBI results as soon as they come in.

Since I don't see a better approach to this, yes, always have to warn Seattle office about the delayed or longer processing of FBI records, but you can send all other documents as soon as you are ready.

Thanks guys...I have another Questions ?

Do I need to send the online Bank Statement or I should request one from Bank of America. As they simply print the same (not even on Bank Letter head) and give.

Any Suggestions ? I actually forgot what I sent years ago ?

Thanks

Another Question :

Do I need to attach some medical mailing receipt (if its provided) when I send all my documents to the Canadian Consulate General-Seattle ? Any Suggestions...Do they return us the Medical Form A or any Proof of medical that we need to send etc ?

Thanks,

Besides, you can also request FBI to expedite your clearance report by providing them a copy of showing you need to submit it with in 60 days.
They did consider such a request for my friend and my friend got his report sooner than their usual time frame.

Do we need to submit some Medical receipt along with RPRF to Consulate ? Does Physician provides any proof or receipt of medicals done etc ?

Also, Can we submit the online bank statements to consulate as Proof of Funds ? please advice ?? I need to submit my documents asap !!!

"Do not request the status of your file within ninety (90) days of the date of this letter." Does it mean that I should NOT check even my E-CAS. I really wanted to check my E-CAS but this statement worries me because it might delay my papers?

I think it just means that you should refrain from sending them enquiries about the status of your file until after the 90 days had lapsed besides that, you are free to check your E-CAS anytime you want.

cheers :D

My ECAS changed to in process this morning.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on January 31, 2012.
