BTech graduation plus 1 year PG diploma in part-time/distance to boost CRS score

I have done BTech and have 5 plus years of experience in IT, I gave IELTS (and my spouse too) and got CLB9. I have calculated my score to get 429 CRS points. I want to pursue a one-year postgraduate diploma in part-time/distance, without breaking my work experience, from a UGC certified University (preferably from Chennai). I'm also opting for PNP, meanwhile, I want to complete this diploma so that I can opt for "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years".

Please suggest me if this is a good idea?
Will WES recognise distance/part-time pg diploma that help me increase my CRS by around 32 points?

I have got admission in correspondence for PG diploma in Computer Applications in Annamalai University for the year 2019 - 2020.
I heard some news that Annamalai University got court stay order on dispute regarding UGC recognition. Does that make this PG diploma certificate invalid for WES evaluation ? Don't I get more CRS ?
