bsc nursing fees please help...

can anyone please help me??..i didnt get what credit hours means...anyone please calculate fees per year for me...
it says tution hour per credit hour is 618

It's around $19K per year for just the tuition. Then it looks like there are some additional costs and fees. So my best guess is around $22K per year.
