Brother sponsorship or a brother in-law sponsorship

Hi , Im new to this web and don't know if I'm at the right place ,
Im Canadian married with 2 kids and our income is very good
I know i can't sponsor my Brother if our parents are still alive ,
my brother is 23 years old ,

My question is this can the wife sponsor her Brother in-law i can't find answer
more likely not . as my name will be on the application ,

Do some one now if its possible , or is there any thing els can be to sponsor him
we are in Ontario .

Unfortunately, neither you or your wife can sponsor your brother. He will need to find another route for obtaining Canadian PR.

Depending on his line of work, and/or his skill set, he may be able to find an employer that is willing to go through the LMO process to hire him and then sponsor him for PR.
