Brother sponsor

Hi I am 24 years old living in India
My brother is a permanent resident of canada and living in Manitoba
My mother is deceased
Me and my father are living alone here in India
Can my brother sponsor us to live in canada ?
Note I had been rejected for a tourist visa few years back

Your brother can apply to sponsor your father for permanent residency if your brother meets the income requirements. He will have to enter the lottery next year and be selected before he will be able to sponsor.

He cannot sponsor you. If you wish to immigrate to Canada, you will have to qualify on your own.
