Hey,

I live in India, my sister is pr in Canada, i need to know is that whether she can sponcer me in family class? I am married and my age is 25 and have got 2 time rejections for study visa. Please help.

If she has a spouse or children or either of your parents are still alive or she has any other family in Canada - then no, she cannot sponsor you.

If either of your parents are still alive, no. If she is married, no. There was not really enough information to work with..

Was your study programme in English or French ? The 'sponcership' (sponsorship) will depend on your sister's situation.

She is not married, my mom is still alive & she does not have any other family in canada.

Since your mom is alive, she cannot sponsor you. If you really wish to come here, since your study visa attempts are not successful, you should consider applying through Express Entry under a skilled profession.
