If someone has broken experience in the following way:

December 2010- June 2011
July 2011- November 2011
April 2012- August 2013.
May 2015- December 2015
July 2017- Current


Do you think this can be used to claim 3 years work experience points in express entry as fsw?

Yes. The minimum requirement is a 1 year of continuous work experience in the same NOC, which you already have. Once you meet this requirement, you can add other work experiences even if not continuous or in the same NOC. Good Luck!
