Bringing my family on a study permit without PGWP

I am currently in Canada on a study visa without PGWP and my program will finish by December 30th this year. What is the best channel to bring my family down here . I will appreciate your advice as this is time bound . Thanks

OWP for your spouse and study permits or TRVs for your children (depending on how old they are).

Thanks, but won’t OWP take a while before it’s approved? Besides, considering the fact that my program will finish in 6months time- what do you think?

Chances of your family joining you will likely be very poor then. The fact that your program ends soon will be another factor.
