For the working holiday visas, which are relatively easy to get, some countries age criteria is 35 not 30, it might be worth looking into. Good luck!

lol you guys are nice people, but like i said, hes my brother, this isn't some short meet up in china, this is a man ive known for 2 years who has done everything for me and even though im much wealthier then him he refused to take any of my money and has risked his job to bring me to the hospital twice. he has introduced me to his family and we have screamed at each other like family more then a few times, i offered to lend him 10 grand and he refuses, hes just ignorant to the whole fraud thing, i told him that its dangerous and he laughed and forgot the idea.

His best bet might be as a Temporary Foreign Worker for a year and then immigrate under CEC or PNP.

this is exactly what ill be checking up on next... and as i was typing this he sent me a msg, he is 29!!! so maybe his best bet is the other thing.

It's not for all countries. I see Hong Kong on the list, but I don't see China.
