Bring family (wife and kid) to Vancouver.

Hi,

I have a PGWP and I intend to bring my wife and my kid to Vancouver with me (> 6 months).
I am wondering what type of visa should my wife apply for? And normally how long should it takes to get the visa if I apply from France ( I am Vietnamese but currently resident in France).
Hope anyone of you having the experience with this can share with me.

You need to be working in Canada in an NOC 0, A or B and have 3 pay slips before you can apply for an SOWP for your wife and TRV for your child. If you have only spent 1 year studying in Canada you should have received a 1 year PGWP. I will likely take multiple months to get approval.
