Hi guys. Need help.

Am I eligible for BOWP?

My scenario:

I live in Ontario
I have applied for Permanent residency (CEC Class)
I have the AoR (Acknowledgement of receipt)
I dont have a job or a job offer (I have recently moved from quebec, so I resigned from my quebec employer and now searching for jobs in ontario.)

Can I now apply for BOWP because my current PGWP expires in the month of june.

If yes, What are the supporting documents I need to have to apply for BOWP?

If no, What can I do to make me eligible for BOWP?

Any experts, Please help.
