Bridge WP after PGWP

Does anyone knows if I would be able to get a Bridge WP after or at the end of PGWP period?

I read about it but the person did that around 2013 and I want to know if this rule is still applicable.

1. Only if you have received an AOR for approved application under Skilled worker or EE and your work permit has less than 4 months validity.
