Brick Layer - LMIA

A friend of mine is a Brick Layer and he is able to get the LMIA form a construction company in Toronto. He is from Serbia and wanting to understand that what is the requirement of the language assessment. is there any particular band they need to score, is Ielts or any other exam is mandatory ?

Any suggestions would be highly apprecaited .

So a construction company in Toronto are you sure is a genuine company given there are many examples on this forum of fake construction companies Even in Toronto. In any case for an LMIA as hopefully you know there would need to be no available resident for the job.
